Individual Sessions
In a collaborative process, I work with you to clarify what you want (goals), and we create a process that progressively removes blocks and increases fulfillment of your goals. This includes the use of a large menu of transformational processes, tailored to your needs, and used in a combination and sequence specific to you. Some of these processes might include: applied kinesiology; acupressure points that are specific for releasing stress and performance blocks; and, exercises to allow your sensory systems to take in, store, and retrieve information more easily.

Setting a Goal
While every session is different, there is a general format that we follow. We begin with identifying something you'd like to change or create in your life. This becomes your goal for the session. Some goals are accomplished in one session (to be calm at job interviews); other goals may have layers or be more long term in nature (to find a fulfilling career, for example).

Pre-check: Assess Our Starting Point
Next, we assess your starting point - what's already working in regard to the goal, and what are the sticking points. We may simulate the goal (a mock job interview, for example) to see what comes up for you in that situation, as part of measuring "how is it now?" We then come up with benchmarks to measure progress towards the goal (able to sleep the night before a job interview, able to answer questions well, feeling relaxed, being offered the job, etc.).

Create the New Experience
Using what I call a "menu" of options, we choose a unique (tailored to you) sequence of steps that will reduce stress and remind your body-mind system to restore balance around this goal. This may include gently massaging acupressure points that are known to release stress, simple body movements that balance the left and right sides of the brain, or accessing prior successes that you've had and transferring your success to the new goal.

Review Session Goal: How Is It Now?
After the "menu," we repeat the simulation of the goal. Generally, some kind of change is noticeable already: feeling less stressed, the goal seems more do-able, etc. Again, everyone is different; sometimes this change is subtle, and sometimes it is dramatic.

After the Session
Occasionally in the hours and days following the session, people will notice
a) they have the change they wanted; or
b) they have part of the change now, and are ready for more change; or
c) that there are more layers to the goal (wait a minute, this isn't even the kind of job I want to be interviewing for!). This is a flexible process that we co-create together.

Each session stands on its own, and the positive results are lasting and cumulative.
